Note to Self

If you can’t stop at eating just one of those 100 Calorie Dark Chocolate Bars from Trader Joe’s, then I should just stop buying them. Eating the whole box is not good.

I have a terrible control problem with 100 pk things!! I no longer bring them in the house.

Totally hear you on that one...it's why I'll pay $3 for a child-size scoop of B&J's sorbet at their store rather than having a pint (danger, Will Robinson!) in my freezer!

lol, I've done that way too many times.

I swear they make 100 calorie packs because they know they are like Lay's potato chips, "No one can eat just one!"

did you get a bad tummy ache? sometimes that lo-cal stuff is the WORST to overdo it on!!

That's why I don't buy 100 calorie pack things. I'd just eat the whole box... and same reason why if I bake something I gotta get it out of the house ASAP. Don't trust myself around those treats!

oh I hear you. I've the very same affliction. Pretty sure they know it too, 100 cal pack of any sugary goodness is just never quite enough.

I keep the 100 cal packs in the trunk as the are SUPPOSED to be for the Toddler.
sometimes that tactic totally works.
sometimes that tactic totally fails.

Uh-oh, no, not good. Better to keep them out of the house.

What I wish is that they ("they" being the retail world) would offer single packs of 100-calorie treats along with the stacks of other candies lining the check-out aisles.
