Lies I tell myself, and too often still believe.
I’ll have only one.
I don’t have time to exercise.
The number on the scale doesn’t matter, it’s how you feel. (But really, the number still does affect me)
Since my pants are loose, I can eat more.
I’m sure there’s a bunch more, but that’s all I can come up with on a Monday morning, pre-coffee.
