All of Me

This post should come with some warnings of some pretty graphic pictures. If you have a weak disposition, you should go ahead and go else where.

As I was reading through some blogs the other day, this post really inspired me. I thought it was so brave of Tina to post pictures and that post for some reason really stuck with me the past few days.
I've always wanted to have some "before" pictures and I'm at a point right now where I'm not comfortable with how I feel or look so I'm using these as my "before" pictures. These pictures feel like something concrete, something that will keep me more in check and something that will help be a motivation. My hope is that these pictures will be a reminder of my where I want to go and things I want to accomplish.

It's hard for me to look at these pictures, but it's me and it's the truth. It's my reality and it's something that I can change.

Congrats on posting your before pictures. It is really hard to do but in no time you will be looking back at them and noticing all of you accomplishments. I just posted this years before and after pictures and I was shocked. I look like a new person. It was so awesome to be able to compare. That and it gave me an added push knowing that the whole world was able to veiw my pictures ane they were waiting to see results.

Good luck! I'm sure you will do great. I can't wait to see the update pics. :)

You're so brave and now you've got me thinking that I need to do something like this as well. I believe you will be able to do great things for yourself - it's always the first step that's the hardest.

Congratulations on taking this step - it's a huge one in my book!

I have your stomach - that upper blobby area? Yeah...what's up with that?!? I am totally jealous of your nice long legs.

So what is the plan now?

I was going to say the same thing -- great legs!

I think this is the push I need to take some before pictures. I've been meaning to do it, and was just thinking about it ten minutes before reading your post.

You are so brave! I'm so proud. It was a hard thing to do but honest as hell isn't it??? My husband did them too but he's not even fat unless you look at him from the side. BTW I "came out" about my blog. Husband AND mom. one of these days I'll let them read it.

You are very brave, and very critical. It's not nearly as bad as you make it out to be! Yes, of course you need to lose some weight, but your image is no way repulsive. Good luck with your plans!

You remind me of one of a well proportioned room in a good house that just needs a spot of work. Wish I could do this, but my dad reads my blog :)

Bravo, that's really a challenge. I wish I were that slim. In 2011, I did the low fructose way of life. I lost 19 kilos over 13 months, but seeing that I had to lose another 19 kilos, and with all the stress of Xmas, in Feb of 2013, I started putting wright back on, gradually.
I put on 12.5 kilos, of which I have lost 2.5 recently. So 10 kilos to go, then another 19!
If you make the decision in your head that you are going to do it, then you will....and all day, every day, tell yourself 'I Love you' & "I forgive you" repeat it often, it really works...
Love & Light
ps I found you at random, ie by accident!

The best weight for you is the one you are comfortable with. However, there is such an important concept as 'healthy weight'. In order to achieve and keep it you have to develop healthy eating habits. I’ve read somewhere that even if you attend gym every day but keep eating junk food – you are wasting your time. Lots of useful advices on proper nutrition I have found here militarygradenutritionals.com/blog/military-for-women/. They provide special tips for women and lots of motivative ideas!
