Back in the Game

The scale is finally going in the right direction. I’ve crossed the 180’s threshold and I feel as though I’m securely planted in the 170’s. My no sugar diet and knowing that a wedding is coming up, has gotten my head back in the game. I’m feeling good about my weight and I know this is just the beginning of another go round to lose the last 20 or so pounds I'm wanting to shed. It’s not going to come easily, it’s going to take some work, but with perseverance I’m sure it will happen.

My plan is pretty simple, but it works for me and fits into my lifestyle.

1. Lots of water
2. Portion control – this is KEY! I eat whatever I want just watch how much I consume
3. No sugar
4. Walk, walk, walk

On another note... here's another little thingy I made recently, for a friend, for the holidays.
